Our May luncheon meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 24 at The Clubs of Prestonwood – The Creek, 15909 Preston Road, Dallas, TX 75248. The meeting will start at 11:30am and wraps up at 1:00pm. Check-in begins at 11:15am.
This is our annual joint meeting with the DFW Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS). Please note that this meeting is held on Wednesday, which is different from our typical Tuesday luncheon.
The speaker will be Ernest Martin who is an attorney with Haynes and Boone LLP. He will be discussing The Insurance Bill of the Current Legislative Session: What it Means and How it Impacts Your Insurance Claims.
Mr. Martin is a Partner and Chair of the Insurance Recovery Practice Group of Haynes and Boone LLP in Dallas, Texas. He is also the Past Chairman of the Tort and Insurance Section of the Dallas Bar Association. He is currently the Vice-Chair of the Insurance Coverage Committee of the Litigation Section of the ABA. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Insurance Law at the SMU School of Law and has taught there for over thirteen years.
