Ed Wells will be conducting this 2 hour class immediately following the CPCU luncheon on March 16th at the Double Tree Dallas Hotel. Ed is the Sr. Insurance Operations Training Consultant for America First Insurance Company in Richardson, Texas. He is a CPCU and has earned the AIM, AU, API, and AIS designations from the Insurance Institutes of America and the ACS designation from LOMA. Ed serves as the education chair for the Dallas Chapter of CPCU.

Overview
This workshop begins by looking at the six requisites of a professional and exploring the issues and moral challenges surrounding ethical dilemmas. Next, the workshop will examine how the various consumer protection laws and regulations reinforce the elements of professionalism and ethical behavior.
Objectives
By taking this course, participants will have an opportunity to review and discuss common activities Insurance professionals are faced with that can lead to Ethical dilemmas.
