Tony LaRocca

Tony is a casualty claims supervisor for FCCI Insurance Group in Richardson, Texas. Tony takes pride in handling and supervising claims with compassion and empathy. Tony obtained his CPCU in 2014 and celebrated at the conferment in Anaheim with his wife. At that annual meeting he was given the advice to continue his CPCU journey by serving in his local chapter. He continues to follow that advice in service of the Dallas chapter as the president in 2021.

Tia Tolbert

Tia began her State Farm career in 2006. She has worked in a variety of areas such as Human Resources, Auto Claims and most recently Fire Claims. She is currently a Claim Team Manager in Initial Loss Reporting and has a passion for developing others. Tia is a continual learner, earning her Enterprise Training Certification in 2016, and has trained all levels of employees/leadership in numerous departments. Tia received her CPCU in 2016, roughly 1 year after passing her first exam and was confirmed on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. She has been actively involved in the chapter since her conferment and is looking forward to her role as President Elect for 2021.

ShaRhonda Caviness

CPCU, AIC, AINS

ShaRhonda started her insurance career at State Farm in 2013 with the attitude that "some heroes wear capes, others adjust claims". She has experience with both auto bodily injury and property claims. She has worked inside the office as well as in the field. As a Deployable Catastrophe Claims Adjuster she can do what she loves most: travel and help others. She received her Bachelor's in Business Administration, Bachelor's in Management and Master's in Management and Leadership at Webster University in St. Louis, MO. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Cybersecurity with intent to meet the growing need in the insurance industry.

Karen Pieroni

CPCU, API, LUTCF

Karen Pieroni has been in the insurance industry since 1994 starting with Great American Insurance and moved to Liberty Mutual in 1998. She’s held multiple positions with the company and for the past 12 years has been a Sr. Compliance Analyst. Her base office is either home or the Liberty Mutual campus in Plano (when it re-opens). Besides her CPCU designation, she holds those of LUTCF, API and ARM. Karen earned her CPCU designation in 2016 (yes, the Hawaii year). She’s held the offices of Recording Secretary and will be completing her fourth term as Chapter Treasurer.

Fredricka Myles

Fredricka began her insurance career in 2006 with State Farm Insurance. She has held various positions throughout her career and is currently a CCC Retention Manager in Richardson, TX. Fredricka graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and later obtained her Master’s Degree in Educational Technology. She completed her CPCU designation in 2016. Fredricka is a Director on the Dallas CPCU Chapter Board and was a Co-Chair for the All Industry Day committee.

Precious Norman-Walton is the President of Lovejoy Risk Management Corp, out of Dallas, TX. With over 15 years of insurance industry experience, she has served in Personal Lines Claims, Commercial Underwriting, and Agency Management.

Precious Norman-Walton holds active licenses as a Risk Manager, Property & Casualty Agent, Life & Health Agent, and All Lines Adjuster, as we as six insurance designations and is a SHRM Certified Professional in Human Resources.

Wallace Eason

CPCU AINS

Wallace began his State Farm career in 1992. His 26 years in fire underwriting includes personal/commercial lines, and leadership experience. Wallace has a BS in Bus. Liberty University, Lynchburg VA. He earned his AINS in 1994 & CPCU Designation/P&C license in 2007. He served as a Director for 3 years. His role as VP included New Designee Chair & Volunteer Coordinator. He served as the 2018 & 2019 President. On January 1, 2020 Wallace was selected as the Chapter Governor for North TX/Oklahoma area. Wallace has been married to Janice for 26 years with 2 daughters, Nicole (25) & Ariel (22). His fav hobby include Softball.

Peter M. Morford

Peter began his insurance career in 1992 with State Farm Insurance. During this time, he has had several positions across the country in Auto Claims, Auto/Fire/Commercial Underwriting, Billing, Systems, and various Call Centers. He is currently a Manager for call center technology support. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Western Kentucky University in 1992 and his MBA from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2013.

Jonelle Willliams

Jonelle Williams began her career in the insurance industry in 2013 and is currently an Underwriting Support Services Supervisor for State Farm. Jonelle is a Director on the Dallas CPCU Chapter Board and Co-Chairs the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Jonelle graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French. Her diverse professional background includes teaching for City Colleges of Chicago, Real Estate Agent, and Director of Supplemental Education Programs.

David Owen

David started his insurance career in 2009 as a commercial account manager with a local independent. Today, David is a VP with McGriff. David attended college on a football scholarship and was on the Big Ten championship team in 2000. After graduating with honors from at Purdue, David began his career in corporate finance. He is a fourth generation property and casualty broker. David is a two-time Risk & Insurance Power Broker® for his proactive service and performance. David earned his CPCU designation in 2019 and served the Dallas chapter as greeter and registrar.

Martinique Castal

Martinique began his career with State Farm in 1993, as a Summer Intern in Fayetteville, AR, while attending college at the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville. His career has included Property and Injury field claims, Auto Centralized Claims (ACC), Service First, Centralized Total Loss Unit and Claim Automation and Procedures.  He was promoted to a Claim Service Support Supervisor in 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He joined Centralized Catastrophe Services in 2012 as a Team Manager in Irving, Texas.  He is currently a Forecast & Scheduling Manager in Richardson, Texas.

Alex Salinas

Alex is a seasoned insurance claims adjuster with a business acumen in Dallas, TX. He began his career with Nationwide Insurance in 2004 and has excelled in every aspect of claims handling. Alex has owned/operated many restaurant/bars and provides consulting for many up and coming entrepreneurs. He has his AIC, AINS, and CPCU designations. He earned his BBA in Management from Northwood University, Graduate Finance Program from SMU, and his MBA in Insurance from Olivet College. He recently obtained his P&C General Lines Agent license. Alex is a proud Dallas native and is married with 2 daughters.

Nickquolette Barrett

Nickquolette is a native of Chicago, IL who now resides in Dallas, TX. She has been in the insurance industry since 1994 and has 19+ years in leadership. She is currently a Claim Team Manager in the PIP/MPC department with former experience as a Corporate Instructor. In addition to her career in insurance, Nickquolette is also the owner and founder of iRock Development Solutions, LLC dba iRock Résumés. In addition to the three insurance designations – CPCU, CLU, and AIC, she has earned four certifications in the career development space – CPRW, CCTC, CEIP, and NCOPE. She is also the recipient of two awards for her work in the career development space.

Matthew Maxwell

CPCU, AMIM, AIC

Upon spending much of his childhood living in multiple places, including multiple European countries, Matthew answered the call that 9/11 placed on his heart to serve in the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician on nuclear-powered submarines. In 2016, Mathew was recruited by Tokio Marine and has since worked as a Sr. Claims Adjuster in Plano. Mathew has earned his CPCU, AMIM, and AIC designations and is a licensed adjuster in many state jurisdictions. A single, full-time father to three children, Mathew is eager to foster a love and passion for serving others in their young hearts.

Amanda Norris

Amanda began her career at State Farm in 1992. Currently, she is a Risk and Compliance Analyst. She has a diverse background including positions in Agency and Claims support, Personal Lines Underwriting, and Enterprise Compliance departments. Amanda has 18 years of leadership experience. In 2001, Amanda completed her CPCU designation.   Amanda serves as Chapter Registrant Outreach.

Kristin Pearce

CPCU

Kristin majored in finance at the University of Texas at Dallas and has attained the CPCU designation in 2011. She has been with America First and Liberty Mutual since 2007.  Kristin married Adam in 2010. They have a son, Nathan, 3, and two daughters — Heidi, 4, and Hannah, 10 months.  She has an eclectic taste in music and routinely listens to metal, country music, and pop.  One of her favorite activities is going to concerts with friends and family.  Kristin is looking forward to growing the Good Works Committee and providing members with diverse donation and volunteer opportunities in the future

Azsure Dorton

Azsure Dorton is a Section Manager for State Farm insurance. Azsure is currently in a Master’s program at University of Texas Dallas, studying Cybersecurity. She would like to help develop personal and business products and services in cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection. Azsure (she/her) is passionate and curious about every human being she meets. She identifies as female, straight, Native American, married, and mother. She is excited to help the new Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee connect individual members as we engage and network together both inside and with our communities. In doing so, we can improve our industry and our customer experiences.
