Precious is the Senior Insurance Sales Manager for Elite Insurance Group. She leads a team of Personal Lines Insurance Producers who specialize in placing coverage for new homebuyers around the country. Prior to her role with Elite Insurance Group, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for Diamond National Insurance advisors, and Vice President of Account Management for Insureon. Precious develops and teaches Continuing Education courses for her firm, and mentors a group of agents interested in Professional Development and Industry Designations.

Tony is an claim specialist for FCCI Insurance Group in Richardson, Texas. During his claims career he has handled commercial auto, general liability, and property claims of all kinds and complexity. He has handled claims for commercial insureds and customers of all sizes across the country.  The Southwest Regional Office of FCCI Insurance opened in 2012.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas State University - San Marcos in 2006.

Tia Tolbert

Tia began her State Farm career in 2006. She has worked in a variety of claims areas with the majority in Human Resources and Auto Claims. Currently, as a Property Claim Trainer, she is a licensed Claim Adjuster and trains all levels of employees/leadership at State Farm.  Tia received her CPCU in 2016, roughly 1 year after passing her first exam. She received her AS in Liberal Arts from Kalamazoo Valley in Michigan, where she is from. She received the highly regarded Enterprise Trainer Certification in August 2016 at State Farm.

Nicole is a California native, yet Texas has won her heart.  She is a personal lines underwriting supervisor for State Farm Insurance, and is proud that her company supports her insurance education journey.  She earned her CPCU designation in 2016 and celebrated at the conferment in Hawaii with her husband and son.  She looks forward to serving the Dallas CPCU Chapter in 2018 as the Board Secretary.

Karen Pieroni

Karen Pieroni has been in the insurance industry since 1994 starting as a sales rep with Great American Insurance Personal Lines and moved to Liberty Mutual in November of 1998. She’s held positions of Sales Rep, Compliance and Life Insurance Trainer, Sales Manager, Lean Coach, and Sr .Compliance Analyst in her 21 years. She works out of the Liberty Mutual campus in Plano. Besides her CPCU designation, she holds those of LUTCF, API and is pursuing her ARM. Karen earned her designation in 2016. She has held the offices of Recording Secretary for one term and will this year will be her third year as Chapter Treasurer.

Wallace Eason

Wallace began his State Farm career in 1992. His 26 years in fire underwriting includes personal/commercial lines, and leadership experience. Wallace has a BS in Bus. Liberty University, Lynchburg VA. He earned his AINS in 1994 & CPCU Designation/P&C license in 2007. He served as a Director for 3 years. His role as VP included New Designee Chair & Volunteer Coordinator. He served as the 2018 & 2019 President. On January 1, 2020 Wallace was selected as the Chapter Governor for North TX/Oklahoma area. Wallace has been married to Janice for 26 years with 2 daughters, Nicole (25) & Ariel (22). His fav hobby include Softball.

ShaRhonda Caviness

ShaRhonda started her insurance career at State Farm in 2013 with the attitude that "some heroes wear capes, others adjust claims".  She is currently an Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster but has held multiple roles as an inside and field deployable adjuster for property claims. She has her AIC, AINS and CPCU designations.  She received her BA in Business Administration, BS in Management and MA in Management and Leadership at Webster University.  She is currently working on her MA in Cybersecurity with intentions to meet the growing need in the insurance industry.

Kerrick Porter

Kerrick is a Vice President and Manager of RLI’s Executive Products Group – Central Zone.  He has profit/loss responsibility for Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and the entire Midwestern region of the United States. He began his employment with RLI in 2007 as a Senior Underwriter prior to starting his insurance career in 2003 with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies serving in a number of roles. He earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a MBA from Texas Tech University along with completing the Rice University Executive Education Accelerated Development Program.

Peter M. Morford

Contact:

Peter began his insurance career in 1992 with State Farm Insurance. During this time, he has had several positions across the country in Auto Claims, Auto/Fire/Commercial Underwriting, Billing, Systems, and various Call Centers. He is currently a Manager for call center technology support. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Western Kentucky University in 1992 and his MBA from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2013.

Shelly Thomas

Shelly graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelors in Finance in 2013. During her college career she interned within RLI’s Claims and Treasury departments. After graduation, she started her career with State Farm.  In 2015, she returned to RLI to work with the Executive Products Team and underwrites Cyber Liability. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a Business Analytics concentration at TWU.

Jennifer Sierra

Jennifer is a Supervisor at State Farm Insurance.  She originally began her insurance career in 1994 with State Farm and has held a variety of roles which include auto claim adjuster and auto personal lines underwriter.  Jennifer paused her insurance career to step into the education field as a classroom teacher for 5 years and returned to State Farm in 2013.  Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree  in Business Management from LeTourneau University and a master’s degree in Education: Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Arlington.  She completed her CPCU designation in late 2015.

Martinique began his career with State Farm in 1993, as a Summer Intern in Fayetteville, AR, while attending college at the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville. His career has included Property and Injury field claims, Auto Centralized Claims (ACC), Service First, Centralized Total Loss Unit and Claim Automation and Procedures.  He was promoted to a Claim Service Support Supervisor in 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He joined Centralized Catastrophe Services in 2012 as a Team Manager in Irving, Texas.  He is currently a Forecast & Scheduling Manager in Richardson, Texas.

Kristin Pearce

Kristin majored in finance at the University of Texas at Dallas and has attained the CPCU designation in 2011. She has been with America First and Liberty Mutual since 2007.  Kristin married Adam in 2010. They have a son, Nathan, 3, and two daughters — Heidi, 4, and Hannah, 10 months.  She has an eclectic taste in music and routinely listens to metal, country music, and pop.  One of her favorite activities is going to concerts with friends and family.  Kristin is looking forward to growing the Good Works Committee and providing members with diverse donation and volunteer opportunities in the future

Matthew Maxwell

Upon spending much of his childhood living in multiple places, including multiple European countries, Matthew answered the call that 9/11 placed on his heart to serve in the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician on nuclear-powered submarines. In 2016, Mathew was recruited by Tokio Marine and has since worked as a Sr. Claims Adjuster in Plano. Mathew has earned his CPCU, AMIM, and AIC designations and is a licensed adjuster in many state jurisdictions. A single, full-time father to three children, Mathew is eager to foster a love and passion for serving others in their young hearts.

Fredricka Myles

Fredricka Myles, CPCU is a current All Industry Day committee volunteer and will co-chair this event in Jan. 2020.  She began her career with State Farm Insurance in 2006 as a Catastrophe Claim representative in Jacksonville FL. She has held various positions throughout her State Farm career and is currently a Supervisor in the CCC Support Center in Richardson TX. Fredricka graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and later obtained her Master’s Degree in Educational Technology. She completed her CPCU designation in 2016.  Fredricka was a recipient of the Chapter’s October 2018 Volunteer Recognition Award.

Jonelle Willliams

Jonelle Williams is employed with State Farm as an Underwriting Support Services Supervisor, where she leads a team of Underwriting Service Assistants in Personal Lines Auto Production. Jonelle graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in French. Her diverse professional career includes teaching for City Colleges of Chicago, Real Estate Agent, and Director of Supplemental Education Programs. After relocating to Dallas, Jonelle began her career with State Farm in 2013. She began as an Auto Underwriter and joined the leadership team in 2018. Jonelle is a recipient of the Chapter’s September 2019 Volunteer Recognition Award.

Allie Dean

Allie is a licensed Claim Trainer with State Farm Insurance, providing training to employees and their leadership across multiple claim segments. She earned her CPCU designation in 2016 and is currently pursuing her CLU designation. She attended Illinois State University where she received her BS degree with a double major in Finance and Insurance.  As a trainer, she has traveled to offices all across the country which has helped her pursuit of visiting all the MLB ballparks.  Allie recently relocated from California where she was the Social Committee Chair for the Golden Empire chapter.

Amanda Norris

Amanda began her career at State Farm in 1992. Currently, she is a Risk and Compliance Analyst. She has a diverse background including positions in Agency and Claims support, Personal Lines Underwriting, and Enterprise Compliance departments. Amanda has 18 years of leadership experience. In 2001, Amanda completed her CPCU designation.   Amanda serves as Chapter Registrant Outreach.

Nickquolette Barrett

Nickquolette has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years. She is currently a Claim Team Manager in the PIP/MPC department with former experience as a Corporate Instructor. In addition to her full-time career in insurance, Nickquolette is also the owner and founder of iRock Development Solutions, LLC dba iRock Rèsumès. She has earned four certifications in the career development space – Certified Professional Rèsumè Writer (CPRW), Certified Career Transition Coach (CCTC), Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP), and the National Certified Online Professional Expert (NCOPE).
