Fredricka Myles, CPCU, AINS, AIC-M

Fredricka began her insurance career in 2006 with State Farm Insurance. She has held various positions throughout her career and is currently a CCC Retention Manager in Richardson, TX. Fredricka graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and later obtained her Master’s Degree in Educational Technology. Fredricka completed her CPCU designation in 2016. Fredricka is a Director on the Dallas CPCU Chapter Board and was a Co-Chair for the All Industry Day committee.

Fredricka earned the CPCU designation in 2016.

Azsure Dorton

Azsure Dorton is a Technology Manager for State Farm. She is a married mother of some amazing children, a dog mom, and an endurance athlete. Azsure is wildly curious, a lifelong learner, and an endurance athlete. She is a DE&I practitioner. She earned a Masters of Science in Information Technology Management from UTD, and is passionate about modernizing insurance efforts.

Jonelle began her insurance career in 2013, and is currently an ECC Supervisor for State Farm.  She has served the Dallas Chapter as a Director from 2019-2023, and Co-Chair for the I-Day and DEI Committees.  She graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French.  Her diverse professional background includes teaching for City Colleges of Chicago, Real Estate Agent, and Director of Supplemental Education Programs.  She is looking forward to serving the Dallas Chapter as Secretary.

Tia Tolbert

Tia began her State Farm career in 2006 in Kalamazoo, Michigan in Auto Claim Central. She has worked all over the country in a variety of areas such as Human Resources, Auto Claims, Claims Training and is currently a Team Manager in Fire Team Managed in Dallas, Texas. Tia is a continual learner, earning her Enterprise Training Certification, CPCU designation, AIC designation and several Digital Literacy Foundations badge. Since earning her CPCU in 2016, Tia’s been on the Dallas Chapter board excited for the role as Treasurer.

Martinique Castal

Martinique began his career with State Farm in 1993, as a Summer Intern while attending college at the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville. His career included Property and Injury field claims, Auto Centralized Claims (ACC), Service First, Centralized TL Unit and Claim Automation/Procedures.  He was promoted to a Claim Service Support Supervisor in 2011 in Tulsa.  He joined Centralized CAT Services in 2012 as a Team Manager in Irving.  He is currently a Forecast & Scheduling Manager in Richardson.

Martinique earned the CPCU designation in 2017.

Victoria Lovinggood

Victoria began her insurance career in 1998 and is currently a Senior Manager Level Risk Analyst for Cognizant. Originally from California, her experience in the insurance industry encompasses the agency, carrier, MGA, and professional employer organization (PEO) realms. Her passion is continuing education; she holds multiple industry recognized designations and is currently pursuing her CPCU (anticipated completion is 2024) and ERIS. I have been a member of the CPCU Society since 2015 and most recently served as a committee member for the Underwriting Interest Group.

Clint Bump

Clint Bump graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2010.  He started his insurance career with Liberty Mutual as a Multi-line, Small Business Underwriter. Clint has held various underwriting roles and is now a primary casualty, construction underwriter with Allied World Insurance. His experience has predominantly been in TX and LA with wholesale and retail distribution partners, P&C lines of business, and numerous proprietary rating and information management systems. He has a strong interest in strengthening the engagement and reach of the Society, and partnering with industry organizations .

Alex Salinas

Alex is a seasoned general adjuster located in Dallas, TX. He began his career with Nationwide Insurance in 2004 and has provided superior claim service to various companies for over 18 years. Alex has owned/operated many restaurants and provides consulting for many up-and-coming entrepreneurs. He also served on the Board of Adjustments for the City of Dallas. He has his AIC, AINS, IICRC, and CPCU designations. He earned his BBA in Management from Northwood University, Graduate Finance Certificate from SMU, and his MBA in Risk Management & Insurance from The University of Olivet. He also holds his P&C General Lines Agent and Risk Manager licenses.

Tony LaRocca

Tony LaRocca is a lifelong learner who works diligently to handle claims with compassion and empathy. He is a Senior Liability Claims Manager with Safety National, a Tokio Marine Company, who specializes in handling high exposure litigated liability claims. Tony is also a self-proclaimed coverage nerd, obtained his CPCU in 2014, and has volunteered and served the CPCU Society ever since. He has served the Dallas Chapter CPCU in various volunteer roles including as the 2021 Chapter President and currently serves as a Director. Tony is the Chair of the CPCU Society Claims Interest Group, and has presented on various claims and litigation topics at In2Risk conferences.
