The keynote speaker will be Fred Marsh. Before retiring in May 2013, Fred worked for State Farm as the Vice President—Operations for the entire state of Texas. He earned his Casualty Claims Law Associate (CCLA) in 1981 and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1993. He also held a series 6 securities license.
