Michael is founder and chief executive officer of Born2Lead, LLC. In addition, by incorporating stories and insights from his more than 40 years of experience in creating effective teams and innovative processes for underwriting and pricing, he became a first-time book author in August 2023, with the release of Born2Lead: Lessons in Leadership. Koscielny previously served as president of the CPCU Society Leadership Council and of the Underwriting Executives Council, as well as in numerous other roles for the CPCU Society.
